Mandate IV · Govern
Strategy, deployment, and compliance are moments. Governance is what remains once the consultants leave.
We install governance that lasts. And we train your teams in the practices that keep it alive. Standards fail quietly: an accountability nobody carries, a committee that never meets, a board that signs what it does not read. Mandate IV installs the opposite.
AI governance advisory
Standing advice to executive teams. Operating models, accountability structures, committee design. And the reporting that keeps the board genuinely informed, not merely covered. Governance lives inside your existing bodies, not in a binder.
Executive training & certification
Board briefings, certification cohorts, literacy by role. From the board to the operating teams, each gets what the role needs. In English, French, and Arabic. On site or remote.
How it runs
Four steps. No surprises.
Design
The operating model: who decides what, who carries what, who answers to whom. On one page, not in a manual.
Install
The committees, the registers, the review rhythm. Inside your tools and your bodies, never alongside them.
Train
The board first, then every role. Governance nobody understands is governance that does not exist.
Hold
The quarterly review, the reporting, the adjustment. Duration is what makes governance. Not the launch.
Three years on, the strategy still holds. That is not luck.
At this shipping leader, the AI strategy could have ended like the others: applauded, filed, forgotten. We installed the instrument that prevents it: an implementation tracking tool and a cycle of recurring audits that measure execution, not intent. The mandate was renewed. That is the only metric that counts.
Straight questions
What we get asked before signing.
What is the difference between compliance and governance?
Compliance is a photograph: on audit day, everything is in order. Governance is the film: six months later, the committees still meet, the registers are still alive, the board still reads what it signs. We sell the film.
What does the retainer actually look like?
A rhythm: the quarterly review with your board, availability between reviews, and adjustment of the model as your organization changes. You are not buying hours. You are buying the presence of someone who knows your system.
Who is the training for, and in which languages?
The board for briefings, executives and managers for certification cohorts, every role for literacy. In English, French, and Arabic, on site or remote. Your teams' working language, not ours.
We are not certified yet. Should we wait?
No, the opposite. Governance installed early makes certification faster and cheaper: the management system rests on bodies that already exist. Mandate IV prepares the ground for Mandate III.
Governance that holds starts with a conversation.
