Fifteen years of strategy and transformation advisory to general management and executive committees. Across Europe, Africa, and the Gulf. Dozens of programs run, consulting teams led, and one conviction: a strategy that does not translate into dated decisions does not exist.
The builder
Systems delivered and operated in production: more than a thousand users served every day, more than fifty industrial sites equipped. Not mockups, not pilots. Tools that real teams depend on, built once, properly, and still running.
The certified
Among the first in the world certified on ISO/IEC 42001 (TÜV), the standard that governs AI. Registered auditor CQI/IRCA (ISO 9001 · 27001). The same person has implemented management systems and audited them, and so knows what a system has to prove in order to last, having sat on both sides of the table.
The founder
Amine Zerhouny
An engineer (INPT), Amine Zerhouny spent fifteen years advising the people who decide, from Casablanca to the Gulf. Then came the building: AI in production, used every day by more than a thousand people. Then the proof: among the first in the world certified on the standard that governs AI. Zenatia is the sum of the three.
The firm serves clients across Europe, Africa, and the Gulf, in English, French, and Arabic. From Casablanca, under a United States entity, wherever the mandate requires. The same person sets the strategy, builds the system, and knows how it will be examined one day.
